I uninstalled this program after it started displaying the dancing icon in windows media player, the other problem I have now is that im having problems playing some avi files, any ideas how I can sort this out |

Terrible :( The damn thing wouldnt play all files correctly at all ... they'd block, etc. And I can't seem to uninstall the stupid thing from Windows XP Pro. |

For any uninstall problems with the trial version please contact them at tsup@moonlight.com.ru. Most other players eg WMP automatically use the latest decoder installed, so this decoder can be used in your other players as well ;) |

The shareware version can't be uninstalled AFAIK. I had to get the pay version (or else to a clean install of XP). On the plus side, the pay codecs allow me to watch mpeg2s on other players and use them on Windows Movie Maker 2. Still, the no-uninstall is a dirty trick and you should be aware of it on the share version! |

*LOOK*- DONOT USE after trial period annoying dancing logo appears on every player. Cannot uninstall. |

just delete the next key from registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Elecard\MPEG2 Video Decoder\Performance
and logo will stay in place for the next three weeks.
Or pay $20 for licensed version - there will be no logo at all. |

Warning!!! Do Not poison your system with this software. After the trial period, it has a logo that dances across the screen. This logo appears on other players. The trial doesn't uninstall correctly and affects any other player that you have. |
